Our Story
Hotel management companies have long been forced to shoehorn their accounting into generic software that was never designed for hospitality. Daily revenue reports, occupancy tracking, multi-property portfolios, and the unique chart-of-accounts structures that hotels require were always afterthoughts bolted on through workarounds and spreadsheets.
We saw controllers spending hours manually keying daily reports into systems that did not understand ADR, RevPAR, or room-segment breakdowns. We watched accounting teams maintain dozens of Excel trackers for loans, fixed assets, insurance, and property taxes because no off-the-shelf tool had them built in. Bank reconciliation meant exporting CSVs and hand-matching transactions.
Lodging Ledger was founded to change that. We set out to build purpose-specific hotel accounting software, not a generic platform with a hospitality add-on. Every module, every report, and every workflow has been designed from the ground up for the way hotel accounting teams actually work.
